Thousands of vehicles and equipment that have returned from Iraq wait to be retrograded in a Third Army lot at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. The Outpatient Cognitive Intervention Program will assist soldiers during the retrograde of Afghanistan through a three-day program to ensure soldiers’ mental safety and personal welfare.
