Rebecca Chhim was recently selected as Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport’s director of Cybersecurity Undersea Warfare (USW) Combat System Integration for Submarines and USW Systems. As a senior scientist and technical manager, Chhim will provide continuity of technical leadership and oversight to ensure long-term stewardship of Division Newport’s technical capabilities, focusing on Cyber Undersea Warfare Engineering Thrust.
