The U.S. Coast Guard Legal Program (CGJAG) proudly welcomed its four newest Direct Commission Lawyers as they took the most solemn oath to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic,” Dec. 6, 2020. Congratulations to LTs Sylvia Dai, Helina Daniel, Eileen DeLeo, and Bobby Froembling, who will report to their assigned legal offices before attending the Direct Commission Officer course at the Coast Guard Academy, followed by additional legal training at the Naval Justice School in Newport, Rhode Island.
