U.S. Army Corps of Engineers small craft operators work on clearing waterways from invasive species. Operators use bio control, chemical control, mechanical and cultural control methods to keep our waterways clear of aquatic invasive species. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, along with is five partner agencies work together to tackle noxious weeds that block transportation routes, destroy infrastructure and threaten native species.
