Brandon Kruse, a registered nurse with U.S. Army Reserve Urban Augmentation Medical Task Force 328-1 assigned to support Yuma Regional Medical Center, Yuma, Ariz., prepares an intravenous medication for one of his patients, Jan. 18, 2021.
