210122-N-PA517-0031 MERIDIAN, Miss. (Jan. 22, 2021) Chief Retail Services Specialist (RS) Rory Godfrey, an RS "A" School instructor from Kaplan, Louisiana, right, demonstrates ship’s store Navy Cash procedures to Rear Adm. Pete Garvin, commander, Naval Education and Training Command, during a visit to Naval Technical Training Center Meridian. The RS “A” School is a modernized course through Ready, Relevant Learning (RRL), a MyNavy HR Sailor 2025 initiative that fundamentally changes the way the Navy trains Sailors. The course uses interactive courseware, added more information, and enables more “reps and sets” with hands-on training in labs. RS is the first administrative rating to be modernized under RRL.
