SAN ANTONIO - (Feb. 4, 2021) Master Chief Navy Counselor Kevin Kikawa (left), of Truckee, Calif., the chief recruiter assigned to Navy Recruiting Region West, Navy Recruiting Command, joined by Assistant Chief Recruiter, Senior Chief Navy Counselor Alexander Aviles (right), of Los Angeles, speaks with Navy Counselor 1st Class Yong Yo, of Tucson, Ariz., an assistant division leading chief petty officer assigned to Talent Acquisition Onboarding Center (TAOC) Capital City at Navy Recruiting Station (NRS) Northeast. Kikawa and Aviles traveled from Millington, Tenn., to visit recruiting stations within Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) San Antonio’s area of responsibility to capture best practices and receive feedback from recruiters in the field. NTAG San Antonio’s area of responsibility includes two TAOCs which manage more than 34 Navy Recruiting Stations and Navy Officer Recruiting Stations spread throughout 144,000 square miles of Central and South Texas territory.
