Ines Eley, a human resources specialist at Camp Johnson, Vermont, is a native of Brazzaville, Republic of Congo, who recently joined the Vermont National Guard in a civilian capacity. She speaks English, French, German, three Congolese dialects, and Wolof, the most common Senegalese dialect. She became a citizen on July 19, 2012.
