This 2013 photo shows the construction of Army Materiel Command headquarters at Redstone Arsenal. The Army’s Facilities Investment Plan, developed by Army Materiel Command, compiles current facility requirements, prioritizes those requirements and then provides a plan for how the Army should use limited construction and renovation resources to fulfill requirements. With such a plan in place, the Army, Department of Defense and Congress have better oversight over future construction projects that support Army priorities. (U.S. Army Photo)
