Fort McCoy signs IGSA with Wisconsin’s Vernon County

Garrison Commander Col. Michael Poss and Vernon County Administrator Cari Reddington sign an intergovernmental service agreement (IGSA) between the post and Vernon County on March 15, 2021, at Fort McCoy, Wis. The agreement involves line striping on roadways at Fort McCoy and is estimated to save the installation more than $166,000 over the next 10 years. It is the second IGSA the post has made in the last two years. (U.S. Army Photo by Scott T. Sturkol, Public Affairs Office, Fort McCoy, Wis.)
