Krystal Pursche uses her spouse, Sgt. 1st Class Matthew Pursche to demonstrate the lifesaving measures that she took to save a man’s live at an Elizabethtown Walmart on Dec. 31, 2021 in Elizabethtown, Ky. Pursche, a Walmart employee was able to perform cardio pulmonary resuscitation and successfully resuscitated a patron who suffered a 99 percent blockage in the left anterior descending artery.
