An official photo from the archeological dig at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center shows the depth, information, and direction of one of the several one-meter by one-meter exploratory holes dug in order to determine soil composition and possibility of archeological finds. This hole produced several pieces of pottery possibly dating as far back as 1200 A.D.
