Capt. Grady Hutchins, a native of Erwin, Tenn., relinquishes command of Troop D, 6th Squadron, 8th Cavalry Regiment, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, to Capt. Jeffrey Sowecke during a change of command ceremony on Tuesday Sept. 4, on Fort Stewart, Ga. “All of the successes that I have had have been a direct result of the professionals that stand before you today” said Hutchins.
