NEWPORT, R.I. (April 6, 2021) Acting Secretary of the Navy Thomas W. Harker tours the Surface Warfare Schools Command with Capt. Christopher D. Alexander, commanding officer, Surface Warfare Schools Command and Surface Warfare Officers School. Harker traveled to New England to visit industrial construction and maintenance locations to view current work, tour facilities and to discuss industrial base economic wellness and workforce health.
