Rincon, a director of test management, for the 605th TES, exemplified himself by expertly managing and coordinating all 605th TES Operational Test Support Requests with ACC to conduct testing of command and control, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance systems. These tasking’s ensured that Nuclear C2, Homeland Defense, and Theater Air Control Systems “Joint Terminal Attack Control to Joint Force Air Component Commander” were adequately tested. This resulted in high fidelity data being provided to senior leadership to make fielding decisions of system to support national security.
