Gen. Douglas Fraser, commanding general, U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM), speaks to soldiers and civilians of U.S. Army South during a town hall meeting at Evans Theater, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, Aug. 22. Fraser spoke of the importance of the Army South mission in assisting with partner-nation relations throughout Central and South America, and the Caribbean. He also thanked all of them for their hard work and dedication to the SOUTHCOM mission during the timeframe of his command, which is nearing an end later this year.
