YOKOSUKA, Japan (Apr. 8, 2021) Electronics Technician, Submarine Navigation (ETV) 2nd Class Spencer Karkosky, from Kerrville, Texas, is awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal during a ceremony outside Fluckey Hall. Karkosky, who is transitioning to civilian life, was an essential part of the Operations (N3) watchteam at Commander, Submarine Group 7, supporting more than 30 forward-deployed ships and submarines in both 5th and 7th Fleets.
