VICENZA, Italy (April 21, 2021) - As U.S. Army Garrison Italy marks Volunteer Recognition Week many community members are being thanked for their time and dedication. In the picture, volunteers perform during a dress rehearsal of the “The Addams Family” Aug. 19, 2020 at Soldiers’ Theatre on Caserma Ederle.
Many of them were recognized for the 2021 President’s Volunteer Award including Brian Andries; Marissa Blake; Johnniecia Corwise; Memphis Jones; Michael Leahy; Alicia Mangers; Alphonso Ortiz; Martin Sinlao; Chance Wilson and Grace Yeuell. Two volunteers, Marissa Blake and Johnniecia Corwise, have been recognized for contributing more than 500 hours to the VMC.
