Jordanian Armed Forces Southern Command Soldiers with the 3rd Border Guard Group demonstrate the accuracy of their mortars team during the Desert Warrior 21 live fire exercise, April 8, 2021. Task Force Spartan Soldiers from Division Tactical- Jordan, advised and assisted the JAF to ensure the Desert Warrior program answered the Border Guard Force’s need to build capacity and train within their own area of operation with minimal disruption to their mission. The exercise was viewed by JAF General Officers and senior leaders from U.S. Army Central and TF Spartan. This opportunity helps improve skills, interoperability and partner capacity and solidifies the enduring relationships between the two forces.
