San Juan, Puerto Rico, April 19, 2021 - Acting Regional Administrator Tom Fargione, along with Acting Deputy Administrator Dale McShine and FEMA Caribbean Area Office Coordinator Orlando Olivera met with Puerto Rico Emergency Management Bureau Acting Commissioner Nino Correa and the Secretary of Public Safety Alexis Torres. FEMA, along with PREMB delivered a series of preparedness centric activities to better prepare new leadership at the municipal and legislative levels in Puerto Rico. These events included an Executive Seminar for the Governor, a briefing for Mayors’ Federation and Association leadership and a workshop for PR Legislators at the Capitol District. FEMA/Yuisa Ríos
