Sacramento District employees including Tambour Eller, front, deputy district engineer for programs and project management, and Col. James Handura, the district commander, accompany Stockton, California mayor Kevin Lincoln on a tour of the VA Stockton medical complex project construction site in Stockton April 26, 2021. The mayor visited the site after being elected in November 2020 to get a firsthand look at one of the largest federal projects in the area and discuss progress with district leaders. Veterans in the city of Stockton and the Central Valley will benefit greatly from the completed VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic and Community Living Center.
