Capt. Nicholas Yager, project engineer for the VA Stockton medical complex project, gives a tour of the project construction site to Stockton, California mayor Kevin Lincoln and his team, accompanied by Col. James Handura, the Sacramento District commander, and other district employees in Stockton April 26, 2021. The mayor visited the site after being elected in November 2020 to get a firsthand look at one of the largest federal projects in the area and discuss progress with district leaders. Veterans in the city of Stockton and the Central Valley will benefit greatly from the completed VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic and Community Living Center.
