Capt Nicholas Yager, back, project engineer for the VA Stockton medical complex project with the Sacramento District, points out features of the Community Based Outpatient Clinic to Stockton, California mayor Kevin Lincoln on the roof of the facility in Stockton April 26, 2021, accompanied by Col. James Handura, the district commander. Mayor Lincoln visited the site after being elected in November 2020 to get a firsthand look at one of the largest federal projects in the area and discuss progress with district leaders. Veterans in the city of Stockton and the Central Valley will benefit greatly from the completed VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic and Community Living Center.
