SAN DIEGO (May 5, 2021) –
Cmdr. Jason A. Ahmanson, commander, Tactical Air Control Squadron (TACRON) 12, addresses the command for the first time as squadron commander during a change of command ceremony at the Vietnam Unit Memorial Monument onboard Naval Amphibious Base Coronado, April 30. Ahmanson assumed duties from Cmdr. Kevin M. Marsh during the ceremony. TACRON 12 provides air control detachments in support of San Diego-based Expeditionary Strike Group (ESG) 3 and Okinawa-based ESG 7.
