In this image released by the United States Army Reserve, senior officials with the 75th Training Command participate in a ceremony marking a change of enlisted leadership in Houston, Texas, Sunday, Sept. 9, 2012. The event recognized the departure of Command Sgt. Maj. Luther Thomas, Jr., as well as the arrival of Command Sgt. Maj. Ronnie Farmer. The unit's commander, Maj. Gen. Jimmie Jaye Wells, officiated the event and presented an award to Thomas. Thomas, Farmer and Wells all gave remarks to the assembled troops. The 75th's mission is to provide pre-deployment training to the senior staffs of large Army units. During Thomas' time, the command extended its training audience greatly, to include partner nations such as the Republic of Korea.
