Srista Tripathi and Jessica Harish, two members of a trio from the Nrityaloka Center for the Performing Arts in Richmond, perform a classical Indian dance number during the Asian-American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month observance at the Lee Theater May 20. The 23rd Quartermaster Brigade-hosted event included recitations from brigade advanced individual training students and cadre and additional dance performances by NrityaGeet USA's Nadira Berry. Malik Khan, past chairman, Asian-American Society of Central Virginia, was the guest speaker. The theme for this year's occasion was "Advancing Leaders Through Purpose-Driven Service."
