Located in the historic district of Havana Crescent at Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola, playgrounds sit on top of archeological sites dating back to the civil war and even prehistoric times. Canteens and mini balls, left behind from the encampment above the navy yard, have been found in these sites. Official U.S. Navy photo by Ensign Emma Remis
