Lorenzo Sintas, a combat engineer with Marine Wing Support Squadron 373 and a Colorado Springs, Colo., native, nails two pieces of wood together during the rebuilding of the San Diego County Sherriff’s Department rappel tower aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., Sept. 18. The pieces provide support for the roof of the tower.
