Lance Cpl. Siara Winton, a Belle Fourche, S.D., native, and Lance Cpl. Bobby Brisker, a Houston native, both combat engineers with Marine Wing Support Squadron 373, work on the frame of the new rappel tower during the rebuilding of the San Diego County Sherriff’s Department rappel tower aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., Sept. 18. Winton and Brisker, along with their peers, renovated the aged tower used by the Sherriff’s recruits in three weeks.
