Soldiers from the Oregon Chemical Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive (CBRNE) Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) establish a command and control (C2) tent as part of the Rogue One ExEval. An ExEval is an inspection conducted by the Joint Interagency Training and Education Center every two years, and is designed to measure the CERFP team’s ability to respond to a natural or human caused disaster.
