The Oregon Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive (CBRNE) Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) was established to serve as an emergency response asset to augment civilian responders in the event of an overwhelming natural or man-made disaster. The target time to establish full operations is 2.5 hours as part of the Rogue One ExEval. An ExEval is an inspection conducted by the Joint Interagency Training and Education Center every two years, and is designed to measure the CERFP team’s ability to respond to a natural or human caused disaster. Rogue One is the first CERFP ExEval conducted since the Covid-19 lockdown began in early 2020. (U.S. Air National Guard photo by 1st Lt. N. Daniel Delgado)
