Sheiks of the North Babil province gather for a luncheon at Forward Operating Base Kalsu, Iraq, Nov. 30. The luncheon was hosted by Col. Michael Garrett, commander of the 4th Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry Division, and Col. Thomas James, commander of the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division. The 4th BCT (Abn.), 25th Inf. Div. is being replaced by the 4th BCT, 3rd Inf. Div. The luncheon was a chance for the sheiks to say farewell to Garrett and to welcome James.
