Devon Scarletto, a unmanned aerial vehicle operator with Company B, 4-1 BSTB from Fayetteville, N.C., with a division-level certificate of achievement in front of the battalion�s headquarters at Forward Operating Base Falcon in southern Baghdad, Nov. 10.
