USACAPOC(A) jumpmasters worked with Capt. Ignacio Rios, a Chilean jumpmaster assigned to the 1st Special Warfare Training Group(A), U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (USAJFKSWCS). Paratroopers jumping during the airborne operations were eligible to earn foreign wings.
