Fort Hood officials have released the name of a soldier who was found unresponsive in his Fort Hood residence, Sept. 20. Spc. Joel Chuca, 24, whose home of record is listed as Longmont, Colo., entered the military in September 2009 as a motor transport operator. He was assigned to 418th Transportation Company, 180th Transportation Battalion, 4th Sustainment Brigade, 13th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), Fort Hood, since March 2012.
