    7th Army Training Command

Chief Warrant Officer 2 Raymond Cowden, a construction engineering technician with the Joint Multinational Readiness Center’s Troop Construction Program, backfills some dirt along a 100-meter trench at the Hohenfels Training Area, Hohenfels, Germany, June 3, 2021. The five-person TCP team, consisting of subject matter experts in the engineering field tasked with maintaining and improving the HTA, teamed up with the 2nd Cavalry Regiment's Regimental Engineer Squadron to build the trench, which will be utilized for a number of training events throughout the year, beginning with the European Best Sniper Competition Aug. 5-14 on HTA. The TCP team consists of Army Reserve Soldiers selected based upon their expertise in the construction field serving on Active Duty Operational Support tours to support the 7th Army Training Command mission.
