NORFOLK, Va. (July 15, 2021) – Vice Adm. Andrew Lewis, commander of Joint Force Command Norfolk arrives at the Joint Force Command Norfolk Full Operational Capability ceremony. Joint Force Command Norfolk declared Full Operational Capability during a ceremony on board USS Kearsarge on July 15, 2021. JFC Norfolk stands as the operational embodiment of the transatlantic link. It will continue to maintain security of the strategic lines of communication between Europe and North America and enable the reinforcement of Europe from North America.
