Col. Mark H. Landes congratulates Sgt. 1st Class Gunner D. Chester V, 3rd Brigade, 1st Armored Division mascot, upon his retirement Thursday at the brigade’s headquarters on Fort Bliss. Although he declined to stand when receiving his retirement award, Chester has been the brigade’s faithful mascot since 2005.
