Sgt. Maj. of the Army Michael A. Grinston visits members of the Army Reserve's Medical Readiness and Training Command’s effects and enablers team during Regional Medic at Fort McCoy, Wis., July 21, 2021. Grinston witnessed how the team prepares moulage to simulate real world combat injuries for the training benefit of Soldiers participating in the exercise. Regional Medic is part of WAREX 86-21-03, a Combat Support Training Exercise that ensures Army Reserve units and Soldiers are trained and ready to deploy and bring capable, combat-ready, and ready-now units in support of the Army and our joint partners anywhere in the world.
