Adm. Cecil E. Haney, commander of U.S. Pacific Fleet, delivers remarks during a change of command ceremony aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68). During the ceremony, Vice Adm. David H. Buss relieved Vice Adm. Allen G. Myers as Commander, Naval Air Forces. Buss is now Naval Aviation's 6th "Air Boss".
