Army Reserve combat medic Staff Sgt. Justin McKay, deployed to Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, with the Indianapolis-based 310th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) began a nine-month tour beginning December 2020 staffing 1st Theater Sustainment Command's operational command post. McKay, who serves as 1st TSC-OCP's Surgeon Cell noncommissioned officer-in-charge, said the unit's NCOs came together as a team to enforce COVID-19 mitigations throughout the unit's mobilization.
