JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (July 28, 2021) - Lt. Kyle Rodgers, an occupational audiologist at Naval Branch Health Clinic Jacksonville, conducts a sailor’s audiometric assessment from the sound booth. Rodgers, a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, says, "Our mission as occupational audiologists is to ensure the operational readiness of our fleet through hearing loss prevention, health education, audiometric monitoring, and command outreach." Medical Service Corps officers have continuously served sailors and Marines, in times of war and peace, since Aug. 4, 1947.
