Maj. Gen. Michel M. Russell Sr., commanding general of the 1st Theater Sustainment Command, discusses some of his experience as a commander during a leader professional development lunch with the 3rd Division Sustainment Brigade in the dining facility at Camp Buehring, Kuwait, Aug. 9.
