Coast Guard members from around the bay area receive instruction prior to shoot the M240 at a gun range in Richmond, California, April 29, 2021. The M240 is used on various platforms across the Coast Guard. M240B is employed aboard surface vessels while the M240H is used aboard the MH-60 Jayhawk and MH-65 Dolphin helicopters.
