The Navy Exchange Service Command’s (NEXCOM) Navy Exchange (NEX) Bahrain opened its new 5,000 sq. ft. mini mart at Isa Air Base on Sept. 15, 2021. The mini mart offers food, beverages and snacks as well as expanded health and beauty aids, sporting goods, housewares, household cleaning, active wear apparel and Navy Pride items. In addition, it also offers “Fresh To Go” food options including fresh whole and cut fruit, fresh to go sandwich and wrap items. NEXCOM is comprised of 14,000 personnel worldwide facilitating six business lines, NEX retail stores, the Navy Lodge Program, Telecommunications Program, Navy Clothing and Textile Research Facility, Ships Store Program and the Uniform Program Management Office.
