U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. James Supernault, 435th Contingency Response Group air traffic controller, sets up k-vamp panels at an abandoned runway near Biala Podlaska, Poland, during Aviation Detachment Rotation 21-4, Sept. 15, 2021. The 435th CRG falls under the 435th Air Ground Operations Wing, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, and is U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa's only expeditionary open-the-base force.
