210922-A-RK348-0535 ARABIAN GULF (Sept. 22, 2021) – Naval Aircrewman (Helicopter) 2nd Class Mason White, assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC-26), observes an MH-60S Sea Hawk refueling on the flight deck of guided-missile cruiser USS Monterey (CG 61) in the Arabian Gulf, Sept. 22. HSC-26 is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations in support of naval operations to ensure maritime stability and security in the Central Region, connecting the Mediterranean and Pacific through the western Indian Ocean and three critical chokepoints to the free flow of global commerce.
