Task force Atterbury hosted its first day of learning on September 19th. Children learned the basics of the English alphabet as well as some simple words in the classroom sectioned off in the 500 Block’s Mayor Cell. Roughly 39 girls and 38 boys shared the classroom under the close supervision of a volunteer teacher and some service members.
