Oscar Sanchez, a former U.S. Marine and three-time Paralympian, gives an inspirational speech to Marines with Basic Marine Platoon (BMP) and other Marines at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego, Oct. 27, 2021. Sanchez suffered a spinal cord injury in 2001 resulting in post-injury depression. He dedicated himself to education and handcycling and went on to become a six-time Paralympic medalist.
