As the NCOIC, Tabares focuses on taking care of her people and ensuring that they are ready to execute the mission.
Tabares is originally from Orlando, Florida but moved to Colorado nine years ago. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, spending time with her family and friends, and being a dog mom to her two miniature schnauzers, Cassie and Cooper.
Tabares is a first-generation immigrant, her parents are from Colombia; she is also the first in her family to serve in the military!
